What we buy & loan on
Anything of value has a home at our counter. Here's what we see the most — and how to get the strongest offer for yours.
CohenPaid Me
Illustrative examples — every offer depends on item, condition, and market.

Jewelry
Rings, chains, bracelets, earrings, brooches — if it's gold, silver, or platinum, we want to see it. Condition doesn't scare us: old, out-of-style, and even broken jewelry still carries real precious-metal value, and we pay on it every day.
What to bring: Any original boxes, receipts, or appraisals you have. Don't polish or repair anything first — we'd rather see it as-is.

Diamonds
From quarter-carat studs to multi-carat center stones, we evaluate diamonds of any size, loose or mounted. Our appraisals account for cut, color, clarity, and carat weight against today's market — not a lowball chart.
What to bring: GIA or other lab certificates and any past appraisals. Paperwork can meaningfully raise your offer.

Gold & Luxury Watches
Our founder Jack Cohen was a watchmaker before he was a pawnbroker — watches are in this family's blood. We buy and lend on gold watches and luxury timepieces, running or not.
What to bring: The box, papers, extra links, and service records. A full set commands a noticeably stronger number.

Bicycles
We deal in quality bikes from brands like Trek, Schwinn, Specialized, Diamondback, and Bianchi — plus electric bikes and more. Road, mountain, hybrid, or cruiser, bring it by for a free look.
What to bring: Keys for any integrated locks, the charger for e-bikes, and proof of purchase if you have it.

Furs & Leather
Mink, fox, shearling, and fine leather — we lend more than any other pawnshop on furs. If it's been sitting in a closet or cold storage, it could be working for you instead.
What to bring: Garment bags, monogram details, and any storage or purchase records that show provenance.

Gaming Systems
PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo — current-generation consoles, handhelds, controllers, and game libraries. Working systems in good cosmetic shape earn the best offers.
What to bring: Power cables, controllers, and the original box if you kept it. A complete setup is worth more than a bare console.

Musical Instruments
Guitars, basses, brass and woodwinds, keyboards, drum machines, and pro audio gear. Whether it's a student horn or a stage-played classic, we'll give it a fair, knowledgeable look.
What to bring: The case, power supplies or pedals, and any documentation of make, model, and year.

Laptops
MacBooks, Windows laptops, and tablets. Newer models with clean screens and healthy batteries do best, but we evaluate a wide range — bring it in and we'll tell you honestly what it's worth.
What to bring: The charger (a must), your sign-out of any accounts, and a factory reset if possible.

TVs
Flat-screen TVs from LG, Samsung, Sony, and other major brands. Larger, newer smart TVs in working condition with the remote bring the strongest offers.
What to bring: The remote and the stand or wall-mount hardware. A TV without a remote loses value fast.

Speakers & Amps
Bookshelf speakers, floor-standing towers, powered PA speakers, receivers, and guitar or bass amplifiers. If it sounds good and works right, it has value here.
What to bring: Power and speaker cables so we can test on the spot — a quick demo speeds up your cash.

Electronics
Smartphones, cameras, drones, power tools, and general electronics of value. If you're not sure it qualifies, bring it anyway — estimates are always free and there's never an obligation.
What to bring: Chargers, cases, and accessories. Unlocked phones signed out of all accounts get the best numbers.

Sporting Goods
Golf clubs, fishing gear, exercise equipment, and quality sporting goods of all kinds. Name brands in good condition move fast on our floor, which means better offers for you.
What to bring: Complete sets where applicable — a full set of irons beats a handful of loose clubs.
